Completed House numbers in the Lakeview Green Complex, updated some other addresses and postal codes for Lakeside CRES and Lakeview DR

Added Unit Numbers throughout the Lakeview Green Complex. Improvement is needed in some areas particularly Lakeview green 1 as I have not surveyed extensively in some of the townhome blocks yet.

changed landuse tag to brownfield as buildings have been demolished to make way for Green Line

Added under-construction 78 AVE & Ogden Dale RD extension / roundabout.This has been under construction since last year. Roads are in the rough layout but will need to be corrected with updated sateillite imagery.

80 AVE NE flyover for emergency vehicles. This bridge is scheduled to open sometime this year and the tags have been added accordinly. Connection for multi-use pathway added along with segment of sidewalk.

changed Langdon from place=hamlet to place=village to more accurately reflect it's status based on OSM tagging guidelines (despite it being legally considered as a "hamlet") place=hamlet typically used for places that have less than 1000 people.

Changed existing Langdon area to administrative boundary with admin_level=8, replaced it with admin_centre node, and boundary relation to join them together. From what I can tell this is a more appropriate tagging scheme but feel free to correct it.

Expanded Glenmore TR route relations (EB/WB) to include all members from Deerfoot TR to Stoney TR. Changed Glenmore trail main relation to superroute containing the EB/WB relations. Edited HWY 560 relation to link up to Glenmore TR relation @ Stoney TR.

HWY 8 relation fixes. Removed sections of stoney trail where it's not clear if Highway 8 classification still applies. Removed "Highway 8" from the name of the Glenmore trail EB/WB relations. Adjusted contents of the HWY 8 Superroute

tagging lanes=*, changed highway=motorway to motorway_link, removed ref numbers from exit ramps (these are redundant with destionation:ref=* tags) other miscellaneous ajustments around WCRR area.

fixed missing link and adjusted role tags for CANAMEX relation around Airdrie/Balzac

Partial revert of Changeset 145413658. Removed outdated/inaccurate roads, made some small tweaks here and there to tagging and such.
