138688838 | almost 2 years ago | I believe this may be "tagging for the renderer" (see osm.wiki/Tagging_for_the_renderer) , as each block is now tagged as a neighborhood. It also duplicates the information already tagged as place=city_block |
141777030 | almost 2 years ago | I'm not sure that this belongs in OSM given that we do not map temporary features in OSM: osm.wiki/Good_practice#Don't_map_temporary_events_and_temporary_features |
139848084 | about 2 years ago | Hi,
|
138360317 | about 2 years ago | I noticed you created a new node for the Town of Westport: osm.org/node/11038494320. A node for this town already exists: osm.org/node/3062413378 (A Wisconsin "Town" is mostly equivalent to other states' "Townships" and therefore are place=municipality rather than place=town or place=village) |
138511282 | about 2 years ago | While I can understand if you don't want to spend the time to map with that much detail, is there any advantage to removing this detail? At least in my opinion, this sort of detail could be useful so cyclists can know that this bike lane isn't completely separated. |
137171499 | about 2 years ago | I removed the Bike route on Greenfield from 76th-60th Street in osm.org/changeset/121072364 as there are no signs as far as I can tell. |
138511282 | about 2 years ago | Did the city change this section of road such that bikes no longer need to share the road with traffic (sharrow)?: osm.org/way/315089480 |
138529889 | about 2 years ago | Why did you change "North Vel R. Phillips Avenue" to "Vel R. Phillips Ave"? The streets should have the directional qualifier if they have it and "avenue" shouldn't be abbreviated. See osm.wiki/Abbreviations |
138329359 | about 2 years ago | Also wenn Du behauptest, dass das Mappen des Radwegs durch getrennte Wege hier inkorrekt ist, sollen die Details des Radwegs noch bleiben (bspw cycleway:right:oneway=no usw) |
138277872 | about 2 years ago | reverted in osm.org/changeset/138304170 |
138272653 | about 2 years ago | reverted in osm.org/changeset/138304056 for probable vandalism |
138161076 | about 2 years ago | Reverted in osm.org/changeset/138176990 due to probable vandalism, see https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=19493420 for details |
137706601 | about 2 years ago | It appears you have deleted these offramps again (despite them still existing). Can you explain what you are trying to achieve? |
128089709 | about 2 years ago | Was adding access=private to this part of Jeffery Boulevard a mistake?: osm.org/way/57006954 |
136589579 | about 2 years ago | What mostly needs work in your opinion? |
136589579 | about 2 years ago | It appears that now the cycleways here are now mapped twice: Once as tags on the roads, and once as highway=cycleway ways. Probably it makes sense to map some as separate ways (around the Washington & Clark/Dearborn bus stop for example), while others make much more sense as tags (sharrows as Washington & State, painted line on Michigan) |
135986776 | about 2 years ago | The crossing ways should at least have bicycle=yes, given it is perfectly legal to ride along the crossing. (otherwise routers may think you need to walk your bike across the road, something that some trails require) I'd argue that bicycle=designated is still correct, given it is still part of the OLT, it's just crossing the road |
137131461 | about 2 years ago | I'm inclined to just consider it a long shared driveway to the hangers and post office. In any case, I don't believe it should be named S Howell Ave because it is not signposted as such (as far as I can see), and it is very confusing to get a turn instruction to turn onto howell avenue if you are on howell avenue already |
