Is there a gate here? is it open?

According to the traffic signs visible from bing streetside, the signs imply that the speed limit differs by direction. However, I suspect that in reality a traffic sign is missing somewhere, and the situation may now be different on the ground

Some of the names in here look like they should be cleaned up. E.g. "North" should probably be "North Avenue" or similar

This junction has been reconfigured, The speed limits have probably been altered, and should be updated (most recent street-level photos are during construction)

Where these bus stops moved? According to the transit feed they are in a different location, so perhaps they were moved.
