Is this a bridge or a tunnel?

The NW-SE rail line is tagged as tunnel=yes but it seems more likely that the GWR tracks are bridged over it

It's legal for cyclists and pedestrians to use this tunnel! Don't use access tags to specify suitability.

In August 2019, Mapillary images already showed Povišni has become part of the town of Ašmiany (which was confirmed to me by local inhabitants back then)
It's 2022 and this still hasn't been changed. As always in Belarus, hard to find sources... It is not the 1st case when someone reverts my changes without telling me only to find out what I said was true. Please check the info, it's easier for you to do it in Russian.

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.
