clean up tags no longer necessary after the Ankerrui redesign.

Ankerrui has been redesigned. Cars can no turn back into the city but must drive onto the main boulevard. Now they made a "on-ramp" from ankerrui onto the lanes comming out of the tunnel.

Completed turn restrictions for this crossroad.

Deleted a piece of road that doesn't exist anymore (eg the entrance part is blocked by concrete barriers, part of it has been converted into a bike lane)

Added gates that block the road for the entrance and parking for the City Inn hotel. This road is private and partialy owned by the hotel and the hospital.

put couple of roads and rail tracks back to it's place, was moved somehow.

Changed westerlund building and added parking.

Changed MSC building and added it's parking.

removed parking tag and changed name tag to Gedempte Zudierdokken.
