Halt is better than station here. It covers the case of a "small station." If railway=station is used then quality assurance tools advise users to add public_transport = station, which is wrong here.

Merged and simplified mini-railway

After research on the wiki and an experiment, railway=halt seems to be the way to tag this feature so that QA tools won't say that it should be a public_transport=station.

Fixed my typo in object tag of previous changeset

Attempted to make it clearer that a station on a kids' miniature railway in a zoo is not part of the public transport network, despite an erroneous warning in ID.
