For Martello towers in the range 7-24, where they had been multiply mapped as both a node and a way, the tags from the node have been added to those of the way and the node removed. Put names (with numbers) in the same format.

For Martello Towers 1-6: added missing numbers, adjusted names to be in the same format (as I recently did for Sussex), and for 5&6 gave the way the extra tagging that had been given to just one of its nodes.

Refinement of my preceding edit

Added missing numbers to the names of every Martello Tower in East Sussex, and unified the format of all the names.
