Transformed a huge area mapped as a residential area into smaller features that are much more accurate; updated elements in all caps

Added name:th (thanks Google Input Tools for I knew nothing to type in Thai characters!)

Removed "English" names i.e. Sungai Bukit Merah - Merah Hill River. Even that coloniser from where the English language came, don't even do translations like that. Let OSM tags do their magic, worry less on superflous data like this example.
