Hi there, thanks for adding to OpenStreetMap! You might want to add another tag on that node to describe what type of feature it is (and to get it to show up on the map). I'm not sure exactly what tag is most appropriate, but perhaps something like shop=car_repair? osm.wiki/Tag:shop%3Dcar_repair

Looks good, thank you! https://www.co.pierce.wa.us/1336/Spanaway-Park

Thanks for contributing to OpenStreetMap! You probably also want to add a 'shop' tag to that node. I guess 'shop=clothes' is probably most appropriate, but you can confirm here: osm.wiki/Key:shop

Hi! Thanks for contributing to OpenStreetMap! It looks like you added a new footpath on top of an existing one? Can you try to combine the two features so there's no duplication?

Hi! Thanks for contributing to OpenStreetMap! However, this node doesn't have any tags that let us know _what_ it is. Could you add more information about what you're trying to add?

Thanks for contributing to OSM! The node you created doesn't have any tags describing what it actually is. It sounds like a public sculpture, so maybe you should add the tourism=artwork tag? osm.wiki/Tag:tourism%3Dartwork

Is this a real public guest house? Or is this just a private home of someone named Uncle John?

Interesting! But where's the river? I see you mapped a lake that has "river" in the name, so I'm a bit confused!

Great, no problem, thanks for fixing them!

Hi there, is this a park or is it just a vacant lot? It's hard to tell from the imagery.

Can you verify the name of this park by visiting it on-the-ground?

Also, this triangular shape doesn't quite match the shape of the grassy area as seen in the Bing imagery. I think it needs a bit of tweaking.

Other than that, though, your work looks great. Thank you for your work adding all these buildings!

Also, I'm not sure if you're using a non-standard map projection in JOSM, but most of your buildings are not squareish. From the look of the satellite imagery in this spot, the buildings probably all have right angles (I don't see any unusual architectural construction here). Both iD and JOSM have tools to help you square up your buildings after you draw them by hand.

Hi! Are you tracing these buildings from the Bing imagery, or are you importing them from another dataset? If you're tracing them yourself, then it's not really an "import". You don't need to use that term. Imports are totally OK in OSM, but they're controversial. wiki.osm.org/wiki/Import

Geometry looks good, but should this be a service road, or just a regular residential road? Is it different from the other roads that it connects to?

Hello Wendy,
It looks like this changeset deleted 48 nodes in the area. I assume this was an accident? If so, we can revert your edit and bring back all those deleted venues.

Is this feature related? osm.org/node/357304270
Should they be combined?

Looks good: http://www.peakbagger.com/peak.aspx?pid=1799

Did you capture any GPS traces that you could upload to OSM?

46941638 over 8 years ago

Great! You could also trace the area of the park, instead of just adding a node. I can almost see how far it goes by looking at the satellite imagery, but you might have a better idea with on-the-ground knowledge.

Did you buy any eggs at the Egg Shack?
