I am a dedicated Pokemon Go player. After hearing some rumors about Pokemon Go being affected by Open Street Map I have decided to make an account and contribute to the Open Source Map. I am mainly concentrating on parks and recreational areas (those that would affect Pokemon Go) in hopes to better the gaming areas in Florida. I am adding park features like walking paths, shelters, parking lots and bathrooms to the best of my ability. I use my own personal experience and physical presence at these locations to determine my editing and contributions to Open Street Map. My hopes for this effort is to provide accurate and truthful data to the Open Source as well as my own personal gain of possible game changes within Pokemon Go or future benefactors of this Open Source. My areas of Focus are Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties.
