Hi Andy, actually the decision how far a fix should be is not htat easy. One the one hand we should "respect the work of others" (and not delete a likely bad name-tag). But I would also like to reach a state in OSM, that makes it more easy useable (less exceptions, country specific rules, typical frequent typos, not reading the OSM wiki mistakes [amenity=hotel] [wikipedia=http..], invisible characters (0x7F) inside values, empty keys or values, front/rear spaces, etc).
A question/suggestion to you: why there is no automatic script, that is informing the user and (if no reaction) an admin that a known typical mistake has been entered ?
I know ato-fixing is a problem, but auto-warning should be fine.

According to Wikipedia the north part belongs to Green River. Else the River pieces "Green River" should be renamed or removed (if not exist in nature).
