Hi Gekapes, you can use all common knowledge information, personal survey, etc.
If you know something without wikipedia (and its also in wikidia written), you can of course use this information for OSM. But you cannot take wikipedia as source (and write source=wikipedia). If you translate it (without google, wikipedia, etc), then you can do this. Many regards, Alex
