No, I renamed "ele"="0.0033777756616473" to "note"="ele 0.003377". I did not add the wrong ele, I removed it!

As I reduced precision of another ele-tag (is was less than atom-size precision too) it was reverted because it does not improve something. Having thousands of .99999999 or .00000001 in OSM is (my opinion) misleading, memory wasting, wrong-format-string. I see this as an improvement.
I work with GPS data and precision, and I wonder how some users can reach even cm precision (usually factor 10 over lateral precision >1m ==> >10m). I'm sure there is no benefit keeping wrong ele-digits. SomeoneElse (you most likely know) sees no reason to fix it (was reverted).
Please take the time to suggest a reasonable solution here.
