There is an explicit sign here "cyclist dismount" and it goes until London Bridge pub at least. After the bridge the signs change to give way to pedestrians. I need to take some photos next time I take this path.

This is a farm building and should be correctly tagged according to function. There's already another house nearby with this house name which is the farmhouse for this farm.
