I believe this car park is for blue badge holders only and requires prior booking. The road is closed to "unauthorised" vehicles. Check if it's possible to capture it with OSM tags. National Trust visitors should use Needles car park where they're currently getting a discount.

Both buildings belong to the same nursery but are used for different purposes. Therefore, this needs to be changed to landuse=education as per: osm.wiki/Tag:landuse%3Deducation

but I don't know what needs to happen to amenity=kindergarten tag. Presumably only one object should have it? Is it landuse or the main building?
