Bus S2X: convert to reasonable PTv2

Bus S2/S2X: begin refactoring the old 853 and the updated S2/S2X, converting to as PTv2 as we go, and using existing OSM routes as the starting point. See https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/4867936.

Remove ancient fragment of the 25A-that-was before it got renumbered to the 250, then cancelled and replaced with the S5 to Bicester and the *new* 25, which we have as https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/19325105

Remove defunct (duplicate?) 500 route. https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/19338036 has taken the number, and the 700 and city services replace its buses.

Fix accidental bus stop duplicate
