There is a wind farm here visible in the Maxar imagery.

The oneway streets in this area have been redone and it needs a resurvey. NP and 1st avenue are now 2 way streets for part of their length and 1 way for some other parts.

Need to check to see if these roads actually exist, they are not in the fairly recent Bing imagery.
