Is this a river bifurcation?
(Although river might be a big word here.)

I could take a picture from Monte Scorluzzo over the area, where we clearly see a talweg from the street (close to the point where the electric line is crossing) to Switzerland (i.e. the right valley) and along the street to the left valley, there is another one.
