Not completely clear but you can, and I think are allowed, to walk from the road, onto the track.

What shall we do with Pápa? Some parts are aligned to Bing (Plutoz), some have a constant offset (Separis, pele). I think keeping a constant offset will only result in confusion and an even bigger mess. I propose that the city should be aligned to Bing with zero offset. Shall I do that? - szali
