Drew missing roads and paths, aligned others, per USGS 3D LIDAR, etc.

Removed roadways that do not exist, and added foot=yes tags to the Tuckerton Ferry pier.

Drew roads and paths per USGS 3D, and the Skit Branch and Robertson Branch and tributaries.

Removed cycle path ways that do not exist as separated paths on roadways that already correctly have cycleway=standard/lane. Also removed incorrect cycleway:left=* on one-way roads. Also added crossings and sidewalks.
