This bike path is a designated bike route.

Another user had traced bike lanes on Atlantic Ave and used the preset feature Cycle Path. This is incorrect so I removed them. Atlantic Ave already has the appropriate cycleway=lane tags.

Since the Boardwalk has an associated local bike route but no bicycles=* access tag, I added =yes to the Boardwalk segments. This should assist algorithmic bike route planners with snapping to the Boardwalk instead of parallel streets.

The Friendship bog dikes still have a few paths, but they are very overgrown.

I removed several sections of the Halfway Creek Trail and Holland Bluffs Trail that do not exist, and removed and standardized many incorrect access tags in both relations. These are local bike routes - too small to be regional.

This is an incorrect use of the =permit tag and was preventing proper algorithmic routing between Philly and Camden, instead pushing all bike routing to the Penn's Landing Ferry.
