The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

There is a footpath here now, connecting Kaulbachstraße and the 'street' (more a driveway, see the note close to this one) there that has been built.

This street does not exist anymore. A fence and gate have been built and the area is currently still under construction, but a playground has been built there, so, safe to say, the street won't be returning. Instead, a 'street' (which is just to access the parking spaces) now leads from around the Weitmarer Straße fork to the small path currently connected to Kaulbachstraße.
