After viewing the Wiki of "boundary=protected_area", in regards to "protect_class=7" description, and observing other sites, using both boundary tag and "leisure=nature_reserve" is best practice for most State Parks

Burns Park has more in common with the definition of "leisure=park" than "leisure=nature_reserve", mostly to do with intent of landuse.

Developed the Service Roads in Rattlesnake Ridge from the Rattlesnake Ridge map on-site, USGS topographic maps, and from aerials and also best-effort a couple of trails from the same sources.

Cleaned up the Riverfront and Clinton Parks with information from the Little Rock Parks and Recreation PAGIS system.

Amended new trails to the island near Clinton Library.

Amended the William Kirsch Preserve with information from the Nature Conservancy
