Can someone verify if this overpass has been demolished?

Hello,
I have been trying to add [turn-restrictions in Canada](https://github.com/mapbox/mapping/issues/213). I found this junction where it seems that a road way is missing (running east to west beneath the elevated highway) as I can clearly see the turn-restriction as well as the traffic signal for the missing way through this Mapillary image (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?focus=photo&pKey=e6q7D1ROtrDm3VnC0F_oDw&lat=43.64635833333333&lng=-79.36600277777777&z=17). But I'm unable to clearly make out the exact location of the way neither through satellite imagery nor from Mapillary coverage.

Could someone please inspect this junction and add/make necessary changes at this junction?
