Added ODWC's Lower Illinois River PFHA. ...Attempted to split river into 2+ polygons so as to designate area of water where Trout Fishing was allowed, but split line symbol for river instead.

Added the ODWC's Arcadia Education Area (WMA), several of its features, then tidied up a few other items I saw while dragging the map back towards my home base.

Since I was looking at OkDOT and the WMA managers' files, I just updated the roads to the current data. Also added one of the OK Historical Soc's Markers.

Discovered Copy/Paste Feature ability. Added the other 5 parking areas known to exist within the Blue River Public Fishing & Hunting Area. Operated by the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation.

Updated this WMA Area's attributes after further reading the documentation. Added a Parking Lot within the Area.

Added the Area of the ODWC's "Blue River Public Fishing & Hunting Area." Altered a few street positions that I happened to see needed changing.
