The Public Rights of Way GIS Data from Norfolk County Council includes a public footpath "Tunstead FP 5" crossing the railway here. See http://robert.mathmos.net/osm/prow/progress/norfolk/north-norfolk/tunstead/ . It's not clear if this is instead of or as a replacement to the road Highway crossing.

Has the road been legally stopped up, leaving only a pedestrian crossing (except possibly for private access) or is the crossing still open to all vehicles?
