Die Alte Kraftwerkstraße bleibt dauerhaft geöffnet. Die Klassifizierung dürfte dann auch nicht mehr nur service sein.

Bitte hier "access=Bus" prüfen. Das scheint irgendwie nicht richtig zu sein, ansonsten wäre etwa die Schulstraße nicht vom Straßennetz aus erreichbar.
