It's a good idea to think about that you are providing a public map for everyone, and you could investigate how other people map similar consent in other location. For example, if all the buildings are owned by "Wildhomestay.com", you may create a region to includes all the buildings and map it as a "hotel". So you don't need to put the "guest_house" in every properties. Besides, you may also use a point to represent a feature (like restaurant), if it doesn't use the whole building. Finally, I also have question regarding the "Yoga Land". If it's just a location where people do yoga other than a sport facility, it's not a good idea to map it. Usually, we map "what it is" or "what's its primary usage" in OSM, instead of "what people are doing there".
There is an official mapping tool called JOSM, and it's use by most of the professional OSM mapper. It's easier to map rectangle there and I remember it can load GPX.
