I need to verify the latest development area (marked as construction) for road names etc. So work in progress for now.

Not complete yet ;-) I will go through all the roads in this development and add those details.

It isn't. Don't think I did that (maybe I did!) but I will correct it. Just updating its junction with the Lune right now, so will add fix to that.

Yes, I reckon so. Trench work has started and a contractor's car park has been created. See here for example: https://twitter.com/LHHub/status/956824911967932416 from an official Lancaster University Twitter account. Very early stages but construction has started.

Thanks. Will change the format. The number is correct, there are quite a few numbers with only five digits after the area code in this local area (i.e. the 4+5 format). You can verify this for this particular case by visiting their website :)

Ah I see. I had just copied the method of the next street over (Rays Drive) - which uses singular buildings and tags for semi-detached houses.

Yes, all detached/semi-detached tags are correct. I will look at squaring of the corners.
