There's an entirely separate lift entrance to the low level station inside the main line station

The Wirral Line station at Lime Street is not mapped. Judging by the direction travelled from the lift it's probably located roughly here. I think there is access from W side of Lime St. A combined convenience store/ticket office here as well.
