There should be buildings here: this area was built 3-ish years ago. There should also be buildings in the next square to the left, and new flats have been built along Drake Way. There are currently new developments being built to the north as well (so this may need updating again soon).

This appears to have been divided into separate eastbound and westbound carriageways, but they have not been marked as one-way, presumably meant to be (matches locations of traffic signals)

From somewhere here, north to the A619 roundabout, A61 is national speed limit (70 mph) both ways. (south is 50 mph as currently set)

Service road from Normanton Road to the College Retail Park is here (opposite Rams Barr next to the old employment exchange) not opposite Leopold Street.
Remaining construction is between this service Road and Mill Hill Corner for additional retail units (Greggs etc).
Changes to roads and landuse a little beyond the type I currently feel confident making. Actual Service road goes through land currently marked as construction and existing road marked is where contruction continues.

presumably this pathway extends to the car park like the other one. Also unclear if these 2 walkways cross the roadways or pass under/over them directly to the car park?

presumably the surface path is not meant to connect to the elevated walkway, and also continues to the building entrance(s)
