Does the road "W 16th Street" now connects all the way to the intersection of "N Spencer Street" and "West 100 North"? I can't any change in Satellite imageries. Local knowledge should be considered here.

Is there a bridge construction over here? Local mappers should confirm this to connect these service roads.

The roads are hanging out here without connecting nowhere. I saw recent constructions in ESRI imagery. Local mappers perhaps connect these roads as per the recent developments.

This road can't be found from any of the imageries like Bing, Esri and DigitalGlobe. I tried looking into OSM GPS traces and Strava traces. Someone from local community should confirm this road existence to map correctly as on the ground.
