Exit/Entrance for permissive path through allotment see Kent public right of way map for outline of path, have walked the path on numerous occasions

This path does exist - have walked it recently. There is a stile on Charmwood lane and a gate on Norsted lane. It's not on the Bromley public right of way map and I assume it is a permissive path by the landowners.
