Initiation of the east wing of the Blacksburg Multi-Modal Transit Facility set to finish construciton in Spring 2023. Started with roundabout and few feature removals (sidewalks, trees). Much of Perry Street and its parking lots need an overhaul.

Updating paved pathway by building to be under construction and inacessible as a route to neighboring building. Foot and bicycle traffic have been switched to no and both landuse=construction and highway=construction were used.
