A cycleway was added but the number of lanes for cars seems to have stayed the same. Are there really still 3 car lanes here?

Is this path really bicycle=no? There's a segregated tag on it and it looks like it is part of the cycleways in the area.

Are either of these paths legally usable by cyclists, or are they foot only?

(I have no evidence that they are - I just wanted to check whether such a shortcut is usable by cyclists or not.)

We understand this track is now a dedicated cycle track, but it is currently shown as shared use.

If pedestrians are not using the cycle track but are expected to go on a separate pavement, this should be tagged as cycleway=track, foot=no, and there should be either a separate footway added, or sidewalk=left.
