The cave can barely be found on OpenStreetMaps because of its ambiguous naming. I renamed it to "Grotta di San Michele" like it's known locally and on Wikipedia. I also moved the cave entrance icon to the actual cave entrance.

Drove over a large part of this road. From what I could gather it's 60 km/h up until at least the roundabout to the south.

I scouted the area: starting from the roundabout "Porta Urbica" it becomes a one-way street after 300 m. Coming from the Via Romana or the Via Colle Florito it becomes "residents only" after a couple 100 meters but I forgot the exact spot of the sign.

Went there when it should've been open according to another big tech company's map. It was closed but the hours were next to the door.

The speed limit here is 50 not 30. It' s unclear to me if there are speed cameras or not. I got some errors for the other part that I split this road from so I'd be glad if someone could check this for me.
