If as osm.org/changeset/24048265 says there's no cycle access here it probably shouldn't be a cycleway or lcn=yes. Is it even foot=yes or permissive? Needs survey (not on a bike!).

Is this eastern part of the road called Scrooby Lane (rather than Scrooby Street)? Please check on roadsigns rather than other maps.

This section doesn't have oneway=yes although opposite carriageway (now) separately mapped. But does carry plenty of bus routes (both one and two direction) so needs some careful attention.
