Mt Ash lane does not connect with Rice Rd. This is private property. To reach Mt Ash lane take crabapple lane to pear lane.

This section of the roadway is signed as "Wanda Drive" and not "Brunswick Drive"

Linkous Road is gravel for most of its length.

Road name needs some review. I do not remember it being called Old Route 6. I think it was something else. Check to be sure though.
