Extended the MGWR Main Line relation to Athlone Midland. I just used the existing ways of the Old Rail Trail with added railway information: it would probably be better to split the overgrown railway and the active bicycle path where applicable.

Added the full line to Youghal into a relation. Speed restrictions updated on the operational section to Midleton.

OpenRailwayMap doesn't seem to render railways under construction without "construction:railway=rail", so that's been added to the Foynes branch.

Fixed a broken crossover.

Created a railway relation for the Cobh line and added the stops to the existing train relation. Also updated some speed restrictions.

Added the Castlemungret branch into a relation. It still appears in the Irish Rail network statement, though a survey on the ground would be useful as the Foynes branch is currently under construction nearby. Also adjusted a few nearby features.

Improved the tags on the Foynes branch: every station has a proper point, the names are consistent across the ways, and the reference has been added.

7 1/4 MP to 7 3/4 MP: the mileposts were out of sequence here and the previous number was likely a typo.

Updated the MGWR main line up to Mullingar and the yard beyond it. Not every speed restriction was mapped due to not being able to locate them.

Begun adding the MGWR main line into a relation. Got up to Maynooth where the line singles. Line speed information updated.

Added the Belfast Central Railway into a relation. No speed limits given: my own experience here tells me it's well below 70mph, but I have no source to give an actual number and I haven't observed any relevant speed signs.

And that's the GNR main line fully added into a relation, along with all of the extra information added. The Belfast Central Railway to Lanyon Place was built by the company of the same name, and will be in a different relation.

Updated GNR Main up to Portadown. Translink's network statement says line speed is 90mph on unspecified segments, and is otherwise 70mph, which I've defaulted to. I'm sure there's sections slower than 70mph too I can't map.

Added proposed Drogheda electrification to the tracks. Realignment of tracks to allow a platform on the Navan branch and extra sidings are not represented here.
