Is I-695 (East, or is it South?) unable to access 11th Street Bridge right now? Or is the "access=no" tag in this area incorrect, and thus, breaking the routing of I-695 in this area?

There's no parking lot here. This is part of the alley and part if the 443 NY Ave building.

I'm pretty sure O on this block does not exist anymore.

Correct location of Dennis Dolinger Memorial Park

This is a raised concrete traffic island, not Dolinger Park. Dolinger park is the Triangle park to the immediate east.

I Street SE will open soon. Probably in fall of 2014.

This section of highway, previous under construction, is now open to public (http://dc.gov/release/southeast-boulevard-reopens-between-11th-street-and-pennsylvania-avenue-se-barney-circle). In addition to access tags, it looks like some road geometries need to be updated.
