Adding missing cycle route 68

Simplify cycle route 66, officialy shown as running along path and across traffic light crossing rather than the whole island an surrounding paths.

Removed cycle route 66 from short sections of roads. Official route is along the cycle path.

Removed cycle route 66 from Blagreaves Ave, and short section of Blagreaves Ln. 66 is officially mapped as running only along Oaklands Ave.

Proposed change of cycling route 66 connecting Millenium Wood. Line from track estimated as specific details no yet confirmed. It has been confirmed that that the council will link here simplifying the route to Heatherton Village.
