If I'm not mistaken this is not a post box but a pickup station. Either that or the post box is hidden by the ongoing constructions and may have been completely removed.

The highway #358621809 is not any more under construction, but I cannot seem to modify it, I can only add escalators.

It is a flight of stairs with public access, paved stone, night lighting and a handrail on both sides.
