Service road (should be tagged as parking aisle) connected to sidewalk in osm.org/changeset/115404918 but doesn't appear to actually connect.

I don't know precisely where without looking at a photo or satellite view, but there's a gate here that was added a few years ago to prevent cars from going through Hill Road this way. Pedestrians and bikes are still allowed, though.
