Intersection has been reconfigured, and bicycle paths have been added west to Cypress. See page 2 of http://vancouver.ca/files/cov/burrard-street-bridge-south-end-enhancement-drawing.pdf for an illustration of the reconfigured intersection.

East 29th Avenue adjacent Slocan Park is a 30 km/h playground zone, which is in effect during daylight hours from dawn to dusk (at other times, the speed limit is 50 km/h). I do not know how to enter a conditional restriction based on variable times (dawn and dusk occur at different times throughout the year), so I have entered the speed limit as 30 km/h, as the majority of traffic travels on East 29th Ave during daylight hours when the 30 km/h speed limit is in effect.

Intersection has been converted to a roundabout. See http://planning.ubc.ca/sites/planning.ubc.ca/files/attachments/W-16th-Improvements-Factsheet-in-Template-FINAL.pdf for illustration.

Chancellor Boulevard is a divided roadway (two traffic lanes in each direction with a grass median between) from this point west to Wesbrook Mall (where the divided section continues further west, and is already correctly shown in OSM). I do not know how to convert a two-way roadway to two one-way roadways using iD, so hopefully someone with more knowledge and better editing tools can do this.

Beach Avenue between Denman Street and the Burrard Bridge is a 30 km/h playground zone. This means that the 30 km/h speed limit applies during daylight hours from dawn to dusk (and at other times the speed limit is 50 km/h). I do not know how to enter a conditional restriction indicating the lower speed limit when the times that it applies are variable, as dawn and dusk occur at different times throughout the year. For this reason I have entered a speed limit of 30 km/h, as the majority of traffic travels on Beach Avenue during daylight hours when the 30 km/h limit is in effect.
