The Apartments at Clippership Wharf are beginning to open to the public. Two buildings are currently open at this time with a third opening in about a month or so.

Added parts of the Everett Riverwalk. Some of it is not completed yet and won't be complete until later this year.

Shawmut Street between Chester Ave and Central Ave has become a one way street. Not sure if it is permanent or not though but as of July 9, 2019, it is a one way.
