Hi there. What was "wrong" with these classifications?

Looks like a solid changeset in my personal opinion. Keep up the good work!

From a DWG perspective, we are interested in this effort and will follow this changeset discussion.

Hi there, please do not modify existing water features this way. This should be set up as a multipolygon, not as a polygon with a random hole.

Hi there again. This is not how to draw a country club. The club boundary should follow the legal boundary of the property, where edges of the homes are, not all the way around the neighborhood. Can you fix this? Take a look at where the edges of the course are if you are unsure where the boundary is.

Hi there, Why add golf tags to these water bodies that aren't near a golf course? Why add buildings where there are none. It is fine to add waterways and building where they exist, but not where they aren't. Adding fake features is considered vandalism, which could result in a full scale roll back of your work. Do you understand?

Hi there, this lake is not a lateral water hazard, it's just a lake. Why would you edit it this way? This is considered vandalism by the community. Will you roll these changes back?

Hi there, please don't make edits like this without describing the purpose of the changeset. This adds a fairway where there isn't a golf course underneath. Why? Have a look at osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

and

Designer,

In this version you deleted some roadways for no apparent reason other than the comment "virginian" on your changeset. Why did you do this? This change will be reverted as it is damaging to the map.

This is the wrong way to draw a rough area, it should be set with the fairway as a multipolygon ring. Please review osm.wiki/Tag:leisure%3Dgolf_course#Common_mapping_pitfalls

Hi there, this sort of golf course editing where you are replacing multipolygons with regular sand areas that merge is damaging the map. Please refrain from doing so and clean up the mess here by rolling this back.

Further edits of this nature will result and a roll back of all these edits. Please review osm.wiki/Tag:leisure%3Dgolf_course#Common_mapping_pitfalls for tips.

Boopington, if you're going to be dualizing roads, please review the Mapbox Intersection Modeling guide. These examples are vetted by the community and routing data users. Take a look at the W Lincoln Trail Blvd and redo that intersection based on this.

Dave, this edit damages existing roads by converting them to cart paths. Please refrain from this sort of thing.

Dave, in this changeset you've changed some lakes to golf greens. This is highly innapropriate as the Johnson Lake is quite obviously a lake, not a grass green. Could you explain why you've made this change and let me know if you plan to fix it?

Dave,

In this edit you've deleted a lot of useful data from the map and replaced it with other data. Why did you do this?

AvidFan,

The way you're drawing these fairways is disruptive to other mappers and incorrect. For features inside of other features, use multipolygons. These regular polygons with little holes cause downstream issues for other data consumers.

Please see osm.wiki/Tag:leisure%3Dgolf_course#Common_mapping_pitfalls for instructions on how to avoid this pitfall.

Let me if you plan to fix this.

Thanks,

AvidFan, please do not add temporary features to the map. OSM is not a playground or a sandbox. It is a live dataset used by millions of people across the planet. These "temporary" edits will inevitable proprogate to maps all over the world.

If you want to test something, try the dev server. osm.wiki/Using_the_dev_server

Please immediately remove any temporary features and comply with local editing norms or face reversion on these edits.
