@Sergio Zara: are you talking about way 27508529? You can turn it into highway=service access=private if you're sure. I don't understand why you're commenting this changeset, all I did here was removing some advertising rubbish 8 months ago.

The only thing you did in this (your first) changeset was changing the relation's type from administrative boundary to multipolygon. Is it not an administrative area any more? I'm reverting this change for now.
