Hello Sheila Job! I'm trying my best. I've been using data from https://budynki.openstreetmap.org.pl/ – it's a website that compiles building outlines and addresses from the Polish government's databases, which are not on OpenStreetMap yet. Basically, I'm doing a manual import, verifying each new building against aerial photos, and making any necessary fixes along the way. Still, a few mistakes might have slipped. Can you point exactly what I did wrong here?

Dzięki za uwagę. Również nie wiedziałem, co zrobić z takimi adresami. Postanowiłem umieścić w OSM jedne i drugie adresy, by wszystkie dały się wyszukać. Jak ktoś szuka „Narutowicza 16”, to znajdzie. Jak ktoś szuka „Narutowicza 16-18” (bo np. taki adres podaje sklep, zajmujący parter obu części budynku), to też znajdzie.

Nie mam wiedzy z terenu, będę się musiał tam wybrać podczas kolejnej wizyty w Nysie. Jeśli ktoś z Paczkowa zna stan faktyczny, niech edytuje śmiało.

Dzięki za uwagę. Na mapie urzędowej punkt adresowy znajduje się w miejscu, gdzie altana z kasą biletową stała przed wielkim remontem. OK, poprawiam: dam ten adres na aktualną kasę biletową.

Standardem w tagowaniu w OpenStreetMap jest jednak oddzielanie średnikiem, a jak to inne wizualizacje zinterpretują, to ich sprawa... Właściwie to rzadko się zdarza, by podawać dwa adresy strony, ale niech tak będzie. Przywracam wariant ze średnikiem (przy okazji edytowania okolicy) :)
