Don't think this constitutes an 'island' and removing name 'Haulbowline' from it to reduce confusion with the main island that it is adjacent to. It seems man made from satellite imagery and must have been constructed to protect the harbour.

Name has been shortened from University College Hospital Galway to University Hospital Galway according to wikipedia. Was never called Galway University College Hospital (Galway at the front) I believe.
