28126899 | almost 10 years ago | Wow, nice work! I had my GoPro running when I went through here over winter break, but I never went back to track it down. Strangest thing to switch the side of the road the traffic goes on.... |
32439759 | about 10 years ago | Hi there! I noticed you were adding some nodes in this changeset. However, osm.org/node/3636120900 ended up in Michigan in spite of a listed address in Tijuana. Were these inadvertent additions? Best, FTA |
32663230 | about 10 years ago | Hi, it looks like this is indeed a one way street? I don't think someone could drive backwards through the bank drive-through...it seems like the map is just missing context (i.e. other roads mapped in the area). I'm happy to drive by here tomorrow and survey it personally though if you have a reservation about its one way status. Best, FTA |
32637548 | about 10 years ago | No problem! I went ahead and changed it, and also added some more context in this area. Best, ~FTA |
32510043 | about 10 years ago | Hey there! Just wanted to drop in and say hello. I've been working on sidewalks and building tracing on the far west side, so it's good to see someone working on this in another part of town :). Cheers and Happy Mapping, Ethan aka FTA |
31520895 | about 10 years ago | H there. I was wondering about the motivation for "tunnel=building_passage" on osm.org/way/349390889 and osm.org/way/349390900 . From visiting, it looks like these walkways are inside (must walk through a door) and not surrounded by outer walls (like in osm.wiki/Key:tunnel#tunnel.3Dbuilding_passage). But I did not enter through the doors to see if that is truly the case. |
30163575 | about 10 years ago | Hi there. I was curious where you obtained the information about the B-cycle stations that you added to the map. The reason I ask is that I noticed a misplaced supermarket node (osm.org/node/3452033241) that is too far west by about 3 blocks, and with it, I believe that osm.org/node/3452011477 is also in the incorrect position as it is placed right in a new apartment development area. Thanks and Happy Mapping! ~FTA |
32637548 | about 10 years ago | This is indeed a one way road. |
32706500 | about 10 years ago | I can assure you this is a one way road. |
32399662 | about 10 years ago | Nice to see some more people adding sidewalks ;)...I've been slowly working on filling them in on the far west side the past few months. |
32420210 | about 10 years ago | Hi there, I noticed you deleted an enormous quantity of nodes on ways that were boundaries. Is there a particular reason for this? It looks like the relation for the [Vrachanski Balkan Natural Park](osm.org/relation/4272269) is broken too. |
32178814 | about 10 years ago | Hi, I see you have added a footway with an additional name duplicating the previous way that marks this coastline. If you would like to add a localized name that is used in that language for this island, please add it to the existing way: osm.org/way/244148093. I have removed the duplicate way in the mean time. |
32130541 | about 10 years ago | Hi: the streets/ways you added have some interesting tags which makes me think you are just importing data from some dataset. Also your source tag indicates you are using a government source for the data. 1) Have you discussed this import at all (especially given the accessory tags being added and the streets do not even have a highway=* tag (e.g. osm.org/way/355396455))? 2) Is this data source even compatible with the OSM license? A quick web search states the data is copyrighted by the city. |
30482017 | over 10 years ago | No problem! The editor can be a little buggy sometimes. If you have any questions as you explore OSM, don't hesitate to send a message. I'm happy to help out. Best wishes. |
30482017 | over 10 years ago | Hi there, Did you mean to delete the buildings that were already mapped when you added the Dog Haus? I was in Pasadena a few months ago and don't recall these buildings being out of date--but there could have been construction since then. Let me know if it was by accident...we can easily restore them. Thanks for your additions to the map! Happy Mapping, FTA |
10184410 | over 10 years ago | Is this really a building? It looks like just rocks on satellite imagery. |
16435693 | over 10 years ago | Hi there,

29645286 | over 10 years ago | Actually it's the relation's label node, not admin_center. Apologies for the incorrect changeset label. |
29465894 | over 10 years ago | Hi there, I noticed you've been making a lot of edits, which is great. But, would you mind leaving a changeset comment with the edits that summarizes what you have been doing? That's extremely helpful to other mappers in the area to keep informed. Thanks and Happy Mapping! -FTA |
22575950 | over 10 years ago | Hi there Medic837! I appreciate all the changes you've added to Carlsbad...there are plenty of things still to be added, and editors in the area seem to be sparse :). One thing I did notice was that you added a historic area for the flume (osm.org/way/284566313). There is actually already an object for it (osm.org/way/188494163); the canal's bridge has the historic=aqueduct tag added to it. Therefore, would you mind if I removed the duplicate area? Thanks and Happy Mapping, FTA (a fellow Carlsbadian) |
